Punch of umami

I bought this exactly a month ago to try on different dishes and the stark difference makes it hard to go back to any other choices. I've experienced other Tamari and this is not what you've tasted before

Tamari isn't your regular commercial soy sauce. After trying Tamari other soy sauce won't taste the same. It goes very well with red meat and wild rice. A rich flavor which can be combined with many different dishes. The thickness of the sauce also contributes to the uniqueness of its texture. A must have in your kitchen!
