This bottle of dashi is a jewel! Since discovering it last year it is now a staple in my fridge. Awesome taste and quality. I add it mostly to my broths, to give my noodle soups a kick of yummy umami. I have used it experimentally in other dishes too to bring out the flavours. A little amount of this liquid goes a long way.

Ce liquide des dieux est d'un tel niveau d'UMAMI qu'il a su s'infiltrer dans plusieurs de mes repas. Ramen broth, Nigiri sauce, vinaigrette, marinade a poisson blanc , fumet de poisson et meme chow mein etc...
