Tasting Notes

This soy sauce has a dark and syrupy texture. The nose reveals hints of chocolate and cheesy yeast. The attack is marked by a hint of acidity and salt, and finishes on the palate with notes of pollen and a full umami sensation.

Uses

Its creamy texture and rich flavor make it ideal for dipping sashimi, grilled fish and meat, teriyaki, ohitashi (blanched vegetables) and cold tofu. It is also suitable for Chinese cuisine.
