This creamy sesame sauce with citrus accents is ideal as a dressing for salads, or for dipping meats and vegetables.  

We have had the chance to travel to Mexico several times, having close friends who live there. One drink we always enjoy in Mexico is michelada, a cocktail made with beer, lime juice, tomato juice and other seasonings.
